Knobyfier is easy, push it on and that's it!

To identify your potentiometer type, first remove the factory knob from the pedal. The Knobyfier mounts directly onto the potentiometer shaft. You can use the visual guide below to identify your shaft type, along with our list of confirmed brands and compatible pedals.

"X-shape" - splined potentiometer shaft

This model is designed and fits standard "X-shaped" splined potentiometer shafts (max. 0.24 in / 6 mm). 6mm split shaft have 8 splines on each side of the split, making a total of 16 on the pot.

    If your pedal isn’t on our compatibility list, send us photos with potentiometer shaft and nut measurements.
    The more detailed and accurate the measurements, the better — we calculate precision up to 0.01 mm. A caliper is recommended, but if you don’t have one, a ruler and clear close-up photos are sufficient.

    Nut measurement (max) - maximum diameter of the nut - it is important because Knobyfier attach to nut as well.


    Potentiometer shaft diameter - must-have measurement to ensure fitting.
